Hey, I’m Ashleigh Camera operator, editor and owner of Ashleigh June Films

I’ve been filming weddings for over 8 years – I can’t quite believe it’s been that long. But as they say, “time flies when you’re having fun!”

I love everything about a wedding day, but my favourite part is capturing the morning preparations and emotions that build up to the ceremony. It’s really exciting and that’s what I love to portray in your film. I’ve been known to tear up on more than one occasion! I’ve filmed a lot of weddings but each one has its own powerful moments.

We are delighted that Ashleigh filmed our special day. She is kind, caring and such a laugh, which put us both at ease throughout the day. She was approachable and supportive in the run-up to the big day – always checking in with us and giving us lots of hints and tips and quick to respond to any questions we had. Our video is beautiful and Ashleigh really did capture the day perfectly! It was such a great decision to have our day filmed as the day really does go so fast and we are so lucky to be able to relieve and watch the memories all over again!

When I’m not working, you will find me at home in bonnie Fife, most likely cuddled up on the couch with my dog, Romeo, and my fiancé Connor watching the latest Netflix series. I also love to collect house plants – Connor does not share this passion and would very much like me to stop!
